Ministry In Crisis

Almost every ministry will eventually experience a crisis. More severe examples include a leader involved in pornography, sexual immorality, child abuse, or embezzlement. More common are conflicts resulting in a Pastor or Director being requested to step down due to either performance issues or conflict with the board. Either way, most organizations are uncertain what to do during such stressful times, how to most effectively communicate with constituents during times of crisis and how to continue to lead with wisdom and integrity. The Center’s consultants can come along side to help you lead well, stabilize your ministry, make wise decisions and successfully execute your decisions. Ministries in crisis will get immediate assistance from our staff. As needed, we will draw upon our connections with experts in the area of the crisis you are experiencing.
