Most organizations lack an effective method for providing their leaders with feedback and coaching. Our Leader 360 and other resources are proven ways to help leaders learn and grow. Whether you are considering internal succession planning, assisting a good leader in becoming even better, or are uncertain how to help a staff member who is not succeeding, the Center team has served as an exceptional investment for hundreds of leaders. We will guide a staff member or a leadership team in thoroughly examining strengths and weaknesses and a development plan for enhancing their leadership effectiveness. If a staff member is in need of a transition, we can help both him/her and the organization to manage the process in a positive way.
Each participant will be asked to complete the following:

A Professional Personality Survey
Each participant will be asked to complete the Personality Survey. The Personality Survey is an easy to use, state-of-the-art internet-based expert system that produces work-related assessment reports. The survey consists of 350 questions and takes 30-45 minutes to complete. Using profile level interpretation, a detailed report is provided and includes a description of:
1. Thinking style, work approach and motivation, and interpersonal style.
2. Competency assessment (an in-depth look at seven core competencies: decisive judgment, adapting to change, planning and organizing, delivering results, resilience, teamwork and collaboration, and interpersonal communication).
3. Approach to influencing or supervising others.
4. Management and developmental suggestions along with supporting resources.
The Leader 360 Assess Form
Each participant will be asked to complete the Leader 360 Assess Form. This is a confidential, custom-designed, easy to use internet based system designed for Christian leaders to gather feedback from supervisors, peers and subordinates related to their leadership and compare this feedback to his or her own self assessment. Each responder will be provided instructions and personal on-line access. The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete.
Note: Upon completion,our consultant will hold a private session with the participant to review the report and provide personalized coaching.
