The Center team offers expert, custom designed training for less than the cost of traditional graduate courses or professional training seminars. Custom designed professional leadership training is faster, personalized, and is extremely relevant to your environment. In today’s ever-changing leadership environment, many key staff members are being asked to take on new or additional roles for which they have never been trained and have little experience. Credibility to lead is often earned through increasing our competencies. Our team will custom design and provide personalized training for your entire staff, board, or individuals within your organization that will enable them to perform skillfully with ease and effectiveness.

Description
GENERAL METHODOLOGY
The training will be administered by trained and credentialed consultants. Each learning module will include the following components:
1. New Learning – Assigned reading and texts and completing assignments related to the module.
2. Reflection – Writing an analysis of readings including and developing a resource portfolio of principles and tools to be applied and questions to address.
3. Discussion – Bi-Weekly or monthly teleconferences with the module trainer to discuss the specific assignments and how it applies to their current or projected leadership responsibility.
4. Testing – Creating and evaluating opportunities develop and try the newly acquired skills.
5. Report – A brief report is generated to the organization validating the training has been satisfactorily completed and identifying the new skills and behaviors that can be expected.
